Shipping Policy

For all in-stock inventory please allow 1 business day for processing prior to shipping time.
All products take about 3-5 business days to be delivered to you.
If the item you ordered is on back-order you will be contacted with an approximate shipping date.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin the shipping process on the following Monday.
You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address.
If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number.
We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts, there will be additional fees for further shipping attempts.
